What happens if a class does not have the minimum number of children?
If a class does not have the minimum number of children (3), the price of a group lesson is converted into a private lesson from the second day. If this were to be the case, the private lesson rate would be equivalent to the Happy Hours preferential rate.
What are the cancellation conditions?
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled up to 8 days before the beginning of the course, without any charge since the entire amount is refunded. A 40% refund is granted for any cancellation made between 7 days and 48 hours before the beginning of the course, for medical reasons (certificate established by a doctor of the resort in support). Conversely, no refunds are accepted once the 48 hour deadline has passed. Weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation.
