Review and introduction of all aspects of the mountain biking discipline:
- Discovery tours
- Pump-track
- Technique
- Video analysis
- Go easy on the brakes
- Position on the bike and balance
- Downhill and single tracks
- Jumps
- Float over rocks & roots and obstacles crossing
- Game on 2 wheels
- Scavenger hunt by bike
- Master the basic
- Front wheel lift
- Use all the gears
- Etc.
All meals for day programmes are included and arranged as follows:
